Owusu Bempah has been fined a sum of GH¢ 500.00 by the Apatim Traditional Council after being found guilty of sleeping with a pregnant dog.
Kasatintin.com gathered that 25-year-old Owusu Bempah, also known as Agbey was summoned by the Wassa East District Traditional Council after a neighbour filed a complaint that he had had numerous s*xual encounter with the pregnant dog.
Following this, a linguist of Apatim, Nana Ampomah Anokye said he gave an order to the messengers to drag the suspect before the Council.
He said after a brief interrogation, Mr Bempah admitted he had had an affair with the dog in the bush.
The Council fined him GH¢ 500.00 which was used to pacify the gods on his behalf.
The owner of the dog however insists that Mr Bempah should perform the required rites and takes in the dog as his wife.
