Doreen Smith, a nurse working with the Soma CHPS Compound in the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District, has given a vivid account on how the Director of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) in the area ended up inserting his fingers in her pr!vate part in the consulting room upon his visit to the facility.
Doreen said she made secret audio recordings of her encounter with Mahama Sakara, NHIA boss following his suspicious s*xual advances towards her when he came to the health facility that day.
‘Let’s go and sit over there so that I’ll just suck it. Over even if you want, Lemme lick; lemme just lick your v@gina,” the Sawla NHIA Manager continuously begged in a leaked tape even as Doreen replied ‘Manager, it’s not good.’
But she claimed on Adom FM’s morning show, ‘Dwaso Nsem’ on Friday that was not the first time Mr Sakara had tried to make such advances.
Doreen disclosed that although Mr Sakara could not have s*x with her, he however succeeded in ‘fingering’ her in the process of their struggle.
She thought to herself that the health insurance Manager had crossed the line, at this point and therefore began to record him.
She said ‘I was in the consulting room when he came there and struggled with me for almost 30 minutes.
He told me he had erected even before getting to my office. I realised that the facility was far away from the community and knew I wouldn’t be heard should something happen.’
Doreen was very smart when she decided to record the suspect.
According to her, she ‘had to lie to him that I was going to charge my phone from the consulting room which was very close to where I was and so in the process of putting the phone on charge, I started recording after realising the kind of thoughts he came here with.’
A source told Kasatintin.com that Mr Sakara has been directed to stepped aside while the police investigates the s*xual assult allegations levelled against him.
