Fetish Priest Kwaku Bonsam To Contest 2020 Election; Promises To Legalize ‘Duabɔ’ To Check Corruption

Popular Ghanaian fetish priest, Nana Kwaku Bonsam has officially announced his decision to contest the 2020 presidential and parliamentary elections.

Kwaku Bonsam said his desire to fight corruption in Ghana and to also bring quality development to people informed his plans to involve himself fully in politics this year.

Bonsam stated in an interview on Kessben TV monitored by on Wednesday that he will contest as an independent Parliamentary candidate for the Offinso North Constituency in the Ashanti Region.

Kwaku Bonsam was confident of winning the 2020 elections, stressing the gods will ensure his victory.

In his first 100 days as MP, the Kofio Kofio shrine priest said he will conduct free medical screening in his Constituency.

On how to curb the corruption pandemic in the country, Kwaku Bonsam suggested that government officials must swear to the gods such as Antoa Nyamaa and Tigaare in every aspect of their duties. He promised to lead by example when elected.
