Former President John Dramani Mahama is 62years old today, November 29, 2020.
He celebrated his birthday at the children’s ward of the Tamale Teaching Hospital.
Mahama who is seeking re-election in this year’s elections on the ticket of the NDC was born on November 29, 1958, in Damango to an affluent teacher, rice farmer and politician.
To mark the day, hiis wife Lordina Mahama sent him a special birthday message via Facebook.
She described Mahama as a ‘perfect gift from God’ and prayed that God will ‘open the eyes of all to see the purity in [his] heart and the selfless, committed man [he is] to family, friends and our dear country’.

‘You’ve been my inspiration, my strength and my soul mate. You are always there when I need you. Having you by my side has meant the world to me. Truly, if I am asked the secret to a happy marriage, I would be tempted to say “finding a husband like you”.
