Woman Marries Her Dog After 225 Men Cheated On Her In Past Relationships (See VIDEO)

A Ghanaian woman has reportedly married her dog because it has qualities she had seen only in her late father.

The woman, identified as Emily Mabou married the 18-month-old dog in a ceremony attended by a traditional priest and curious, local villagers.

Kasatintin.com has learnt that Emily’s family boycotted the wedding which they felt was ‘a stupi!d step to combat her loneliness’.

But that did not stop Emily, 29 from marrying her beloved dog.

The venue for this wedding is unknown as of now.

Emily explained why she decided to marry her dog, saying:

‘For so long, I’ve been praying for a life partner who will have all the qualities of my dad. My dad was kind, faithful, and loyal to my mum, and he never let her down.

‘I’ve been in relationships with so many men…, and they are all the same… skirt-chasers and cheaters. My dog is kind, and loyal to me and he treats me with so much respect.’

The priest who officiated the ceremony warned villagers not to mock the wedding, but to ‘rejoice with her as she has found happiness at last’.

This is not the first time a woman has taken the bold step to marry a dog.

British swimsuit model Elizabeth Hoad in July 2019 married her dog, Logan on live TV.

Hoad, 49 said she has given up on men for good after 221 dates and four failed engagements.

Hoad told ITV This Morning she’s no longer seeking out men, after her last boyfriend turned out to be married, but found solace in her adopted puppy, claiming Logan ‘saved’ her.

‘It’s not just me. I meet with ten other friends a week, we go on lots of trips with our dogs, and I’m not working at the moment, so my friends are like, ‘Why don’t you just marry him?’ Hoad said.

Hoad and her dog were very prepared for the romantic wedding.

Logan was dressed in a tuxedo and top hat for the occasion, while Hoad sported a white wedding dress.
