The court has settled the divorce case between Eugene Arhin and his wife, Gloria Assan Arhin on Thursday, May 20, 2021.
According to information, the court has dissolved the marriage and so they are now free to go their separate ways.
Gloria Arhin filed a divorce suit against her husband, also the Director of Communications at the Flagstaff House at the Accra High Court on Wednesday, February 10, 2021
The court awarded her some of the reliefs she sought in her petition which include 3 cars, a 5-bedroom house owned by Eugene at Kpone Katamanso and GHC 100,000.
In addition, Gloria Arhin received custody of the kids,but Eugene was given visitation rights. He is however required to provide Gloria at least 2 hours prior notice before visiting the children.
Eugene is also expected to pay GHC 3,600 cash for the monthly of upkeep of the children.
In her divorce suit, Gloria accused Eugene Arhin of cheating on her with one Chantelle Kujawu. However, she couldn’t prove the allegations of infidelity in court.
Further, her request for damages of GHC 2 million was reduced to GHC 100,000 by the judge.
