28-year-old Richard Appiah who allegedly murdered two children at Abesim in the Bono Region returns to the courtroom today, Tuesday October 5, 2021.
This is the third time the accused, Richard Appiah is coming to court.
The Kaneshie Magistrates Court adjourned the case at the second hearing for two weeks, and it was granted to enable the prosecutor to receive the report on the post mortem examination conducted on the two children by the pathologist.
Also, the adjournment was to enable the police to compile a complete report on the matter and forward the duplicate docket to the Attorney-General’s Department for advice.
Police arrested Richard Appiah on August 20, 2021 on suspicion of killing three young boys and keeping some fresh human body parts in a double door fridge in his room.
The suspect is alleged to have murdered his stepbrother and two others, aged between 12 and 15 years.
The bodies were found in his living quarters at Alaska, near Abesim, in the Sunyani Municipality in the Bono Region.
