Businessman Chairman Wontumi Begins Process To Buy Chelsea Football Club–UK Newspaper Confirms

Top Ghanaian businessman and politician, Bernard Antwi Boasiako, otherwise called Chairman Wontumi has expressed interest to buy Chelsea Football Club.

Chairman Wontumi who is owner of mining firm, Hansol Company Limited and also runs a couple of radio and television stations has offered to purchase the English Premier League side for £3 billion.

He bragged that £3 billion is peanut to him.

‘I want to go and buy Chelsea Football Club. I am interested in it’, he told Wontumi FM in an exclusive interview monitored by Kasatintin.com.

Wontumi explained that ‘Those who buy clubs are not footballers, but business people.

‘I am also a businessman.  I’m into gold mining. Why can’t we buy the club?

‘I want to join the bidding’.

He added that ‘If I become the owner, I want the Brazilian player at Real Madrid, Vinicius Jr – and to sell off Romelu Lukaku.
