Nurse Turns Into Crocrodile At Tafo Hospital–What We Know So Far

Management of Tafo Government Hospital in Kumasi, Ashanti Region have reacted to a trending story on social media purporting that a student nurse who is currently doing her internship in the hospital has turned into a crocodile.
The publication, attributed to suggested that a pregnant midwife, who is a staff of Tafo Government Hospital sent the clinical nurse on an errand to buy gari and beans (popularly called Gob3).
Upon her return, ‘the staff midwife begun to rain insult on her for not able to go by her orders in purchase of the food’.
The report, as seen online by, asserted that the clinical nurse was unhappy after the midwife humiliated her.
Boiling with anger, she went straight to the hospital nurses’ room and waited patiently for the staff midwife to come and eat.
The staff midwife eventually arrived at the nurses’ room and ‘at her first sight saw the clinical nurse seated and later turned to a crocodile in few minutes ready to swallow her up’.
The scary scene made the pregnant midwife to collapse. She become unconscious and was admitted at the same hospital.
‘The staff midwife narrated her ordeal when she started recovering two days after and the clinical nurse has since not reported to duty’, the vira news alleged.
However, a press statement signed by Dr Kwame Agyeman, Medical Superintendent of Tafo Government Hospital stated that the alleged news report is false and therefore urged the general public to disregard the publication.
