It’s a miracle! Rescue team have saved a baby alive at one of the earthquake disaster sites in Turkey.
An 7.7 magnitute earthquake hit south-eastern Turkey near Syrian border Monday morning. Nearly 11,000 peopl have died. Scores of people are injured while more people are stil trapped under collapsed buildings.
Rescue workers found a baby alive (less than 6months old) and pulled it from the rubble.
Meanwhile, Ghanaian player Christian Atsu is among the hundreds of people who are still reported to be missing since the incident occurred.
Sports journalist Bright Kankam Boadu posted on Twitter ‘According to Ghana’s ambassador to Turkey there is no record of Christian Atsu being rescued after checks from the various hospitals.
‘His club says it was a case of mistaken identity… meaning Atsu is still trapped in the rubble’. Watch video below.
