Official CCTV footage released by officials suggest Christian Atsu and his Hatayspor club manager, Taner Savut may be alive–but they are still buried under their collapsed apartment.
The duo cannot be found following a February 6 earthquake which crashed their residential complex in Hatay, Turkey.
Kasatintin.com is learning from Turkish media that thermal cameras used at the residential complex known as the Hatay Renaissance confirms that many people are trapped in the ruins of the facility but the assurance is they are alive.
Turkish news media, Ajansspor said the facility with about 250 flats was populated at the time of the 7.7 magnitude earthquake. Click here to watch CCTV footage of where Christian Atsu is is claimed to have been trapped.
