A driver named Francis Doe Kudjawu has been dragged to court for allegedly robbing a female staff of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) in her home at Tema Community 11 and forcing her to give him blowj0b at knifepoint.
A High Court in Accra on Tuesday,March 21,2023 reportedly slapped Francis with two charges–robbery and indecent assault.
The prosecution said that on March 29, 2020, the ECG worker (complainant) returned home at about 9:45 pm, opened the main gate to her house, drove her car in, and closed the gate.
‘As she was returning to the car to put off the engine, she saw the accused, who was in a hooded sweatshirt scale the fence wall into the compound’.
He pointed a kitchen knife at the lady and ordered her to come out of the car, kneel down,and tore her dress.
Francis ‘made her lie down and attempted to forcibly have anal sex with her, but after several unsuccessful attempts to penetrate the victim, he ordered her at knifepoint to have oral sex with him by sucking his penis till he ejaculated on the ground’.
Afterwards, the accused collected the lady’s Huawei P30 lite phone valued at about GHc1,500 and money close to GHc400, and fled through the main gate.
