Man Cuts Off His Entire Penis, Flushes It Down The Toilet After Voices In His Head Gave Him A Strong Warning To Remove It Or Face Dire Consequences

A schizophrenic man has chopped off his penis with a kitchen knife and then flushed it down the toilet.

Information available to Kasatintin.com revealed the unnamed man is 52 years old and had stopped taking his medication for sometime now.

He turned up at the hospital 16 hours after amputating himself.

Medics said the man had ‘no suicidal intention’. He took the deadly action because ‘voices in his head told him to cut his penis or otherwise face dire consequences’.

He was discharged after seven days after successful operation. Further checks indicated that the ‘stump was healing well ‘.
