Sad News: Mahama ‘Girl’ Dead

The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has lost one of its leading members working hard to bring back John Mahama to power in 2024.

Araba Tagoe passed away in the early hours of Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital.She was 74.

A family source said Auntie Araba Tagoe has been on admission at the hospital since Sunday but the cause of her death is unknown for now.

She was a member of the NDC’s  National Executive Council and served as a Women’s Organiser of the party in the Western Region.

Araba Tagoe loved football. She will be remembered for her active role in the running of former Ghana Premier League side Hasaacas FC.
