Terry Venables, former England manager has died after suffering a long illness.
Venables was 80 years old and served as England manager between 1994 and 1996.
He led the Three Lions to the semi-finals of Euro 1996 where Germany knocked out the team on penalties. Venables was also one time manager at Barcelona and Tottenham.

His family said ‘We are totally devastated by the loss of a wonderful husband and father who passed away peacefully yesterday after a long illness.
‘We would ask that privacy be given at this incredibly sad time to allow us to mourn the loss of this lovely man who we were so lucky to have had in our lives.’ SOURCE: Kasatintin.com
