A man identified as Fabian Dominique McField has been dragged to court and charged with rape and indecent assault for biting the vagina of his former girlfriend.
The court heard that McField (the defendant) bit his ex-girlfriend’s vagina when he forced her to have sex with him, during his unannounced visit to her home early morning.
Medical staff who treated the woman confirmed the injury was consistent with a bite.
Kasatintin.com gathered that the defendant and his ex-girlfriend have a child together, and at the time of the assault the couple had separated.
Our news team learnt that, somewhere in May 2015, McField began texting his ex and asking if he could come over to her house and have sex, a request she constantly refused.
But horny McField boldly went to her house, uninvited and forcefully performed oral sex with her. He accidentally bit her vagina so hard causing her to bleed very badly. He then began to apologize but she called the police.
In court, McField claimed everything which happened between him and the woman was consensual.
The victim also appealed to the judge that she did not want McField to go to jail. She praised him for being a ‘responsible man’ and an ‘excellent father to their child’ even though they were no longer in any kind of relationship. The judge obliged. SOURCE: Kasatintin.com
