Dharamveer, an Indian man aged 52, has allegedly beheaded his wife for taking too long to make him a cup of tea.
Dharamveer is suspected to have used a sword to murder his wife, Sundari,50 at their home in the village of Faljagadh, near the capital Delhi in Uttar Pradesh state.
He stabbed Sundari 15 times with the sword before cutting off her head, all because she delayed in serving his usual cup of tea.
Police said Dharamveer burst into anger and attacked Sundari after she told him his tea will be ready in the next 10minutes.
He struck her dead with the sword when she sat by the stove preparing the tea just as she did it every day, 6am.
It is reported that Dharamveer also attacked his son and other children who made an attempt to extend help to the deceased who was then bleeding out.
