Brazilian man Marcos Paulino has stabbed his wife to death after having sex with her.
Marcos Paulino told São Paulo Civil Police that he murdered his wife, Tatiéle de Cássia, 38 because she bit one of his his fingers on his left hand when they were engaged in passionate sex.
Marcos said he got upset but didn’t react instantly. He waited until his wife fell asleep and attacked her with a kitchen knife at their home in the municipality of Caconde.
Civil Police chief João Delfino told the media that ‘After she changed (her clothes) and went back to bed and slept, he (Marcos) stabbed her in the neck and chest, killing her’.
Authorities went to the couple’s home and found de Cássia’s body ‘with holes in the chest and neck, caused by a knife’.
The suspect went into hiding after incident and turned himself in to a local Military Police station on Monday,April 15,2024.
Marcos Paulino confessed that he ‘used cocaine’ before killing de Cássia. He is facing a femicide charge and could be imprisoned for 12 to 30 years.
