In the video, a gentleman and a lady appear to be making love at the balcony of one of the floors of a storey building, now being rumored to be UPSA hostel.
The horny lovebirds were quietly enjoying themselves whiles the lights went off on campus, we are being told.
An unknown student shot the video from another building opposite the hostel.
