Standup comedian and actor, Abdul Waris Omaru, also popularly called Comedianwaris has been sighted in a trending photo wearing the gargantuan headgear of Adom TV’s Akumaa Mama Zimbi.
Comedianwaris exp0sed the real identity of Mama Zimbi by removing one of the huge headgears she has been wearing for about 18 years now.
Kasatintin.com can say that the ‘Odo Ahomaso’ presenter looked very young without her iconic headgear.
Akumaa spotted a ‘bad boy’ haircut and had some beads tied around her neck. We suspect the beads is the krobo type.
Comedianwaris shared a photo of himself and Akumaa on his Instagram page with the caption:
‘You can now rest let me carry some for you ahh wabre… goodnight’.
Adom TV also reposted the photo on its Instagram page asking ‘Is this Real.. Picture of the Day..’
If you didn’t know, Akumaa Mama Zimbi keeps her phones, car keys and other personal stuff in her headgear.
According to Akumaa, the giant headgear gives her headache but she loves it.
She tells Graphic Showbiz ‘It does feel very heavy, sometimes my head aches because blood doesn’t flow freely.
So sometimes, as soon as I sit in the car after an event, I take it off but trust me, I love it because it always makes me stand out’.
