The Black Stars of Ghana have failed to qualify for the quarter-finals of the African Cup of Nations (2021 AFCON).
Comoros team beat Ghana by 3-2 in the last group stage match played in Cameroon on Tuesday evening.
Captain Dede Ayew received a red card in the first half of the crucial game.
Ghana finished last in Group C, with disappointing scorelines in Morocco and Gabon matches respectively.
Thought the Stars’ early exit from the AFCON tournament is painful, many pundits did not expect the team to make any huge impact in the competition.
Already, some Ghanaians have called on the Ghana Football Association to sack Coach Milovan Rajevac.
But coach Milo has explained that he can not be blamed so much, saying;
‘We don’t have the same team like 2010. Not enough time for preparations. We don’t have a player like Asamoah Gyan’.
One social media user jokingly said ‘The Milo has expired’.
