News coming through suggests that self-acclaimed evangelist Patricia Asiedua well known as Nana Agradaa has been caught up in some legal issues.
Nana Agradaa, the founder of Heaven Way Church, has been convicted of charlatanic advertisement and defrauding by false pretenses.
She is reported to have been found guilty by the Accra Circuit Court for promoting a ‘money-doubling’ scheme, where she promised congregants miraculous financial returns in exchange for various sums of money in 2022. The scheme turned out to be fraudulent, and Agradaa’s victims were left empty-handed.
The court ordered that a pregnancy test be conducted on Asiedua before sentencing.
