A 51-year-old man, Evans Lameh is seeking for an opportunity to meet Ghana’s former President John Agyekum Kufuor, who he claims is his biological father.
Lameh, a Bogoso-based heavy duty driver alleges that some family members have given him enough information suggesting that ex-President Kufuor had an affair with his late mother and got her pregnant.
According to Lameh, he was 2years old when his mother passed away, and his grandmother took care of him.
He said, at age 30, a friend of his late mother hinted that his father is a wealthy man and from a royal family.
Evans Lameh then became curious, wanting to know more about the said rich man. He first contacted the family friend, who then advised him to reach out to his grandmother for more clue about his said father.
He said his grandmother also referred him to his uncle, and following a conversation with his uncle, Lameh revealed that he travelled down from Bogoso to a residence in Kumasi, where he met Kufuor’s family.
For over two years, he narrated that, he has never been allowed to meet ex-President Kufuor.
Lameh shared his story on Lawson TV on Tuesday, April 1,2025, closely monitored by Kasatintin.com.
Although he bears some striking resemblance to the former President, it is hard to make a firm conclusion about his relationship with Kufuor at this time.
This is not the first time Ex-President John Agyekum Kufuor has been accused of having secret children outside his marriage with his late wife,Theresa.
In 2024, the former President was rumoured to have had a baby with Kenyan Senator Gloria Orwoba.
Previously, he was alleged to have given birth to twins with his white side chick, Giselle Yazji. But these allegations have not been proven yet.
