A Nigerian footballer has been sacked by his Slovenian club, Nogometno drustvo Gorica, for allegedly getting the club president’s daughter pregnant

The player (name withheld) is reported to be fighting the club, insisting his relationship with the club President’s daughter was consensual and the pregnancy was planned.
The Nigerian player said ‘I didn’t do anything wrong. We were in a relationship, and she got pregnant. It’s not like I forced her or anything’.
He plans to deal with the club at the international level for the unfair termination of his contract.
‘I’m considering taking this to FIFA because I have evidence that the president admitted the real reason for my dismissal was the affair’.
