Speaker of parliament Alban Bagbin has declared that he will recognise only persons who have been duly elected by the people in the constituency to represent them in the House.
In a clear statement, he said that he will not swear in any Member of Parliament who has been elected by the Electoral Commission through the re-collation of poll results at the affected constituencies.
