The Deputy National Communications Officer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Ernest Owusu Bempah has raised concerns about the re-election of John Mahama as President of the Republic of Ghana.
In a recent media interview, Owusu Bempah, also current Head of Corporate Communications at Ghana Gas suggested that, Mahama who left power in 2016 has not changed a bit and Ghana will soon suffer the consequences of his second coming.

Owusu Bempah said John Mahama has no clue about governance and that the country will go back to days of ‘Dumsor’ (frequent power outages); he will mess up the economy and the educational system.
‘John Mahama will put pepper in the eyes of Ghanaians. I am prophesying that there will be ‘Dumsor’ under John Mahama.I am in the energy sector, and I know this.
