There was drama in a Ugandan court after a suspect named Oteng came to the courtroom wearing clothes stolen from the judge.
The magistrate was left speechless upon seeing the suspect.
To say that he was shocked is an understatement.
The judge had no option than to adjourn the court session for weeks to recover from the shock.
A police officer, who attended the dramatic court session said this same man was arrested and remanded for six months after stealing a bag.
However, Oteng was released because the complainant had on several occasions failed to appear in court to testify against him.
Kasatintin.com has learnt that just a day after his release from prison, Oteng reportedly raided the home of the magistrate and stole his property–including a suitcase containing four pairs of suits and other clothes, two 20 litre jerrycans of water, which he mistook for cooking oil, among others.

He also stole other household items from the homes of prison staff the same day.
Reports said Oteng carried out the nefarious operation during the heavy rain when the occupants of those houses were away for work.
Some hunters spotted him hiding in a bush and caused his arrest.
