Veteran Ghanaian actress Kyeiwaa has tied the knot with her sweet lover Michael Kissi Asare in the US this weekend.
The couple did not have a mega wedding ceremony. They walked straight to the court in their simple dress to sign their marriage certificate Saturday morning.
Kasatintin.com gathers that Kyeiwaa and her new husband later flew to New York City to have their honeymoon.
‘They will spend only 3 days in New York’, a source said.
Kyeiwaa’s previous marriage has been acknowledged in the Guinness Book of Records as the shortest marriage in Ghanaian showbiz history.
Kyeiwaa would be hoping her marriage lasts longer this time.
The over 50-year-old actress was incidentally used and dumped by her ex-husband in a marriage which lasted for just one week in September 2015.
But there is no smoke without fire. Kyeiwaa reportedly left the marriage after she found out that her partner already had a wife and children.
Rumour was rife that Kyeiwaa’s former husband even had a number of grandchildren which she got to know only after the marriage ceremony had been done.
