A Nigerian man has taken legal action against a lady who spent his money but refused to visit him at home for a warm chat.
According to a twerp, his friend bumped into the lady and after having a conversation with her, they decided to meet again.
He said the lady agreed to visit the guy at home but demanded that he sent her money for transport.
Quickly, the man transferred an amount of five thousand Naira (N5,000 equivalent to GHc 80) to the mobile wallet of the said lady to use as transportation fare to his place in Kaduna.
After receiving the money, she played a smart game on him and refused to show up in the man’s house as planned.
The lady started giving him silly excuses as to why she will not visit his house and also never refund the money.
‘So my guy sent 5k to this babe to come over from zaria to kaduna only for her to start giving silly excuses and try to play him’, the twerp said.
He therefore decided to forward the matter to the court and prayed it to order the lady to pay back the N5,000 since she breached her part of the agreement.
The Kaduna Magistrate Court found merit in the application and at the end, instructed the bankers of the lady to revert any money in her bank account or the whole sum of N5,000 to the bank account belonging to the applicant.
