Police have arrested a 28-year-old man for allegedly killing two children aged 12 and 15 years respectively in Sunyani.
The suspect, Richard Appiah was arrested after father of one of the victims, Louis Agyemang Junior,12 reported that the boy had gone missing.
Police statement sighted by Kasatintin.com said the suspect picked up Louis, his younger brother around 5.30 pm on Friday, August 20 but did not return home after several hours.
At about 10pm same day, the complainant and other four men ‘caught’ Richard Appiah and dragged him to the police station as he couldn’t tell them where the 12-year-old was.
Police CID followed up with a search at the suspect’s home at Alaska near Abesim in Sunyani.
The police search team found body of Louis Agyemang Junior lying in a supine position in a room.
The second deceased, identified as Stephen Sarpong was seen in a different room.
After conducting a thorough search in the house, crime investigators also found another dead body cut into pieces and kept in a double door fridge in one of the rooms.
