Ghanaian Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy will not perform at the Victory Concert being organised the National Democratic Congress (NDC) on Sunday, January, 5, 2025.
Stonebwoy was among the tall list of performers the party had engaged for the victory concert but the NDC has withdrawn him just few hours to the concert day.
Reports say the musician was denied the opportunity to perform because some party foot soldiers are not pleased with his inclusion in the Sunday jam, claiming the artiste is more aligned with the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Entertainment critic, Olele Salvador has slammed the NDC for their shocking decision against Stonebwoy.
‘You guys remember when Arbwoy dropped Jejereje & the NDC used it for the social media campaign for the 2024 elections? Today, he’s not fit to headline their victory rally. Nyame nkoaa na ɔyɛ nokwarefoɔ’, he said in a post on social media.
