Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah and 4 other persons alleged to be his junior pastors re-appeared before court today, Monday, September 20.
Rev Owusu Bempah and the four have been charged with offensive conduct and breach of peace, threat of death, and assault of public officers.
It is unknown if the General overseer of the Glorious Word Power Ministries International Church is in court over the ‘friction’ between him and repented Ghanaian fetish priestess Nana Agradaa.
The High court in Accra last week granted the accused persons bail to the tune of GH¢200,000 with two sureties each after they were remanded to police custody on their first appearance in court.
During Monday’s hearing, the prosecutor prayed the court for a one-week adjournment to enable prosecution amend the charges and the facts of the case.
Rev Owusu Bempah will reappear before the court on Tuesday, October 5.
