Is it a crime to be denied a US visa?
A man went berserk over news that the United States of America Embassy in Accra had denied Rev. Dr Isaac Owusu Bempah a visa on Monday.
One of Ghana’s entertainment tabloids, Ghanacelebrities.com broke the heart of the controversial man of God by publishing a wacky article with the caption:
‘GC EXCLUSIVE: Bishop Owusu Bempah Bounced A United States Visa Today in Accra—And He Got Extremely Furious At the Embassy’
The news website reported that a reader of their portal had told them that ‘Bishop Owusu Bempah, the founder and leader of Glorious Word Power Ministry International was today denied a visa to the United States at the Embassy in Accra—an incident he was a witness to.
The report further pulled Owusu Bempah’s leg with the remarks that ‘…The man of God who’s said to be the father of the nation (Ghana) and the spokesperson for God on earth was super furious that he was bounced.’
@Brownspar who appeared to be shocked by the news of the visa denial posted an expl0$ive comment on th owusu Bempah’s Instagram page and said:
“This is n0nsense in a highest degree. Papa has been to the states for countless times so what makes some people think that he will be refused visa. Ghana dieee pulling down spirits nkoaaaa.’
The prophet has meanwhile, cautioned the Editors of the news website to take down the ‘false story’ or face lawsuit.
Will anything good come out of the threat which has been isued?
