Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah has been slapped with fresh charges by an Accra Circuit Court when the man of God appeared before it today, Tuesday, October 5.
The prosecutor withdrew the previous charge sheet where six persons were charged.
The latest charge brought against Rev Owusu Bempah and two others, according to a report filed by StarrNews, and sighted by Kasatintin.com bothers on the threat to kīll fetish priestess Nana Agradaa known in private life as Patricia Oduro Koranteng.
The three suspects have been granted bail following the plea by their lawyers led by Gary Nomako Marfo.
The Glorious Word Power Ministry International head was granted a self-recognizance bail in the sum of 100,000 while Michael Ofori and Bright Berchie were granted 100,000 bail with two sureties to be justified.
Additionally, the accused persons have been ordered to deposit their passports to the registrar of the court, and can only travel outside the country with the express permission of the court.
As part of the bail terms, Rev Owusu Bempah and the two accused persons are to report to the police once every two weeks till the final determination of the case.
The case has been adjourned to November 10, 2021.
