A Ghanaian car dealer based in Accra will spend 105 years in prison after the Asokwa Circuit Court found him guilty of receiving three stolen cars from alleged armed robbers and selling them.
The court also sentenced three individuals who sold the cars to him to a total of 120 years in prison. They were charged with armed robbery and carjacking.
The convicts, who operated as a group in the Kumasi Metropolis reportedly sent the stolen cars to the dealer in Accra to be sold.
