Photos of a passenger car submerged in floodwater has broken several hearts on social media.
The incident is reported to have happened in the Upper West Region of Ghana.
According to information, heavy rains in that part of the country mysteriously washed away the road linking Wahaabu to Funsi in the Wa East District.
The situation affected commuters who were travelling on the section of the road.
Due to the bad state of the road, travellers who intended to use the road to Funsi were directed to ply alternative routes– Walimbelee to Nabolo road.
A car loaded with passengers got drowned due to the poor nature of the road.
Photos showing the bizzare incident popped up on the internet with many wondering if the passengers were safe.
