The biological father of controversial Ghanaian prophet, Angel Bishop Daniel Obinim has reportedly died in a hospital in Kumasi.
The deceased, Kojo Bonsu, popularly known as Agya Bonsu died on Friday, April 9, 2021. Obinim’s late father passed away in his late 70s.
Reports claimed that Agya Bonsu was rushed to the hospital after he complained of feeling feverish.
It has emerged that Assin Central MP Kennedy Agyapong and Bishop Obinim are both family members, albeit by marriage.
The outspoken lawmaker had revealed in a media interview that his stepfather who sponsored his education in Germany, was a blood relations of Agya Bonsu.
‘…you know the irony of the whole thing, Obinim’s father and my stepfather who took care of me are cousins… real cousins’, Kennedy Agyapong is reported to have told Paul Adom Otchere on Good Evening Ghana whiles commenting on Obinim’s ridiculous cure for COVID-19.
