A man with a slight disability standing trial at a Circuit Court in Koforidua has reportedly escaped from the hands of the police in the full glare of the public.
The suspect, a Fulani, identified as Omarion and claimed to possess spiritual powers miraculous escape occurred at the premises of the Koforidua High Court Complex in the Eastern Region.
According to a report by Starr FM also sighted by Kasatintin.com, Omarion was pursued by the police but he vanished through the bush.
It is unknown if the suspect was in handcuff at the time the weird incident happened.
Police have since notified all checkpoints to assist in the re-arrest of the suspect who is described as ‘tall and dark in complexion and disabled in one hand’.
Omarion was wearing a brown T- shirt over black trousers before he ‘vanished’.
