Some Ghanaians on social media have bashed the presidency for allowing 35-year-old American rapper Meek Mill to shoot a music vvideo inside the Jubilee House, the presidential palace of Ghana.
Meek Mill , a while ago released an excerpt of his new music video online saying ‘coming to all streaming platforms! I don’t know what they gone do lol!’.
In the video, Meek Mill is sighted at various sections of the Jubilee House including the frontage, corridor and conference hall. He is also captured using the president’s official podium stand.
A few seconds after the announcement, one netizen humbly requested the musician to ‘Just pull this off before you get issue with Ghana’.
Blogger Bongo Ideas fired the President over the music video.
In a tweet, he said ‘Meek Mill dems are not even rated in the US, but they come to Ghana and get treated like kings. The audacity for him to shoot a video in the Jubilee House shows how Addo D has cheapened the presidency. Our leaders are not just CLOWNS; they’re a LIABILITY to this country’.
