Information available to Kasatintin.com indicate that unidentified individuals and operatives reportedly linked to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) stormed Kejetia Market in Kumasi on Friday morning with the sole aim of taking over a section of the market and making allocation of that space to party foot soldiers.
One market executive allegedly got beaten by the thugs after he attempted to challenge their authority of carrying out such an exercise.
In a similar manner, some unidentified NDC hooligans removed Kwame Baah Mensah, the Ashanti Regional Director of the National Sports Authority (NSA) from his office on Thursday.
They demanded that Baah Mensah vacate his office and hand over the keys to both his office and official vehicle.
