Police have confirmed the arrest of one of the suspects who escaped from cells at the Kadjebi Police Station in the Oti Region on Saturday, September 20,2025.
His counterpart is on the run. The police is offering a GH₵2,000 reward for information leading to the recapture of the escapee.
According to a report by the Ghana News Agency(GNA) followed by Kasatintin.com, the suspects exploited the single presence of a police officer on duty, broke the cell door, assaulted the officer, and escaped from custody.
