Colombian presidential candidate, Miguel Uribe Turbay has been sh0t in the head, according to multiple reports from international news agencies.
The opposition senator was hit three times during a rally in Bogota.
In a live video trending online, supporters were seen soaked in Miguel Uribe’s bl00d as they provided urgent assistance to transport him to the nearest medical facility for treatment.
Further reports indicate that Miguel Uribe Turbay, 39 is not dead, and as of Sunday, June 8, 2025, he remained in critical condition but was receiving treatment in a Bogotá hospital after being shot on June 7.
His wife confirmed that ‘he is fighting for his life’.
