Former Ghanaian Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta has been declared a wanted person again by the Office of the Special Prosector (OSP).
The OSP has disclosed that it has triggered an Interpol Red Notice for his return to Ghana to face prosecution. Watch the video below.
