Kennedy Agyapong has launched a subtle campaign in furtherance of his political ambitions to become the next President of Ghana in 2028.
However, Mr Agyapong,now 64years old would have to woo the grassroots, delegates and key decision makers in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to consider him when the party opens nominations for a new flagbearer.
The former Assin Central MP will face off the likes Dr Mahumudu Bawumia for the position of a flagbearer. The competition will become tougher if other party bigwigs also express interest in to lead the party in the 2028 general elections.
Mr Agyapong has become more visible on social media in recent times. In his latest post online, he sells himself as the most successful leader who can connect more with young people in the NPP.

Meanwhile, the wife of Kumasi Asante Kotoko football club diehard supporter has become heartbroken after news for her that Pooley has died during the team’s game against Nsoatreman FC.
