Nigerian woman, Nifemi Ajayi who allegedly bit her neighbour on the scrotum has been sent to court.
The police have charged her with assault as per the provisions of Section 355 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Osun, 2002.
Nifemi is reported to have committed the offence on August 24, 2021 about 8p.m. at No 21, Oke-Soda, Ile-Ife.
She bit Olayera Boluwaji on his scrotum and stomach during a confrontation.
Nifemi Ajayi pleaded not guilty when she appeared before a Magistrates’ Court in Osun on Monday. She was remanded subject to bail consideration.
The matter will be heard in court again on November 15.
