Studies have revealed that women who have more sex tend to have better developed brains.
The latest research report, published in the Journal of Neuroscience, examined the link between touch and cerebral development in 20 adult females.
For stimulation, a small round object was applied above the underwear at the level of the clitoris. The device was vibrated eight times, for 10 seconds each time, interspersed with 10 seconds of rest.
Furthermore, the researchers recorded how frequently the female volunteers had had sex over the past year.
Results of the fMRI confirmed that the somatosensory cortex region of the brain was activated in each woman when the device vibrated.
Measuring the thickness of that brain area, the researchers found it was more robust in the female volunteers who reported having the most sex. SOURCE: Kasatintin.com
