Immediate past President Nana Akufo-Addo attended the inauguration ceremony of President John Mahama on Tuesday, January 7,2025.
Akufo-Addo was spotted sitting on one of the chairs designated for all special guests at the ceremony.
He was seated together with ex-president John Agyekum Kufuor, erstwhile Vice President and NPP flagbearer Dr Mahumudu Bawumia and a host of other prominent political figures.
But Akufo-Addo is known for carrying along with him a special chair to every local public function he attends and every media outlet he is invited to for an interview.
Some netizens are asking questions and demanding answers as to why he did not sit on this special chair during President Mahama’s swearing in ceremony.
