UTV’s popular weekend entertainment show, United Showbiz has got a new host.
Regular host, Nana Ama McBrown has left the media company to pursue her PhD at the University of Education, Winneba,Kasatintin.com has gathered.
McBrown will be off air for some time due to her studies.
Management of Despite Media has decided to poach MzGee (alias Gloria Akpene Nyarku-Acquah), a prominent showbiz presenter to run United Showbiz.
MzGee has officially resigned from Accra-based urban entertainment TV station to take on the new role at UTV.
Admittedly, MzGee has brought a new vibe on the show and many viewers are excited about it.
One social media influencer, Wiyaala’s husband commented that ‘@iammzgee must be maintained as the #UnitedShowbiz host cos she has the ability to control her guests unlike MCBROWN’.
