The death of Tyger Booty, popular American Instagram model has made headlines in the international media.
Tyger Booty mysteriously passed on in her plush hotel room in Abelenkpe, Accra.
The IG star, known in real life as Dasani Williams was allegedly flown into the country by a great Ghanaian billionaire to entertain him at a private party held on Christmas day with a lot of friends and business partners in attendance.
This unnamed rich Ghanaian is said to have close ties with the ruling government.
Earlier reports suggested that Tyger Booty committed suicide or abused hard drugs leading to her death.
Family of the late Tyger Booty have broken their silence on the sad incident. They suspect foul play stressing the deceased is not into drugs.
They have also kicked against any attempt to have Ghanaian doctors carry out the post-mortem procedure.
Booty’s sister wants her autopsy to be done in the US insisting they doubt the integrity of Ghanaian health officials.
‘People have told us Ghanaian officials can be very corrupt’, she said in an interview on Accra-based Asaase Radio.
She continued ‘We don’t trust Ghana health authorities will do a good job, so we want the autopsy done in the United States. Unfortunately, none of us is from there [Ghana], and we’re not sure what will happen.
‘We would rather have it done in the states where we can trust the system because we don’t know anybody in Ghana. Everybody we talk to believes that something else is going on’.
