A Ghanaian pastor has been dragged to court for allegedly fondling a 25-year-old lady and inserting his fingers into her vagina while praying for her.
Evangelist Peter Mensah intended to deliver her from ‘spiritual marriage’.
According to a report by the GNA and sighted by Kasatintin.com, Evangelist Mensah, also a carpenter lured the lady into his room on August 11, 2021 at about 8:30am and administrated a spray on her which made her feel weak and helpless.
The accused continued to undress her and smeared anointing oil all over her body.
Mensah is said to have inserted his fingers into the vagina of the 25-year-old, claiming to exorcise an evil spirit from her.
After the act, the woman reported the matter to the police leading to Pastor Mensah’s arrest.

Pastor Mensah was charged with indecent assault. The court cautioned him to desist from such conduct, warning he will serve a custodial sentence next time he commits such an offence.
‘The court’s caution came after the prosecution informed the court that the complainant was not in court and that police had received a letter of withdrawal in respect of the matter.
The accused told the court that the matter had been dealt with by some elders and victim aged 25 years had been compensated’, the GNA report added.
